PACKAGING APPLICATIONS
COEXCELL™ openhead plastic drums can be used for a wide range of applications including powders, dye chemicals, cleaning compounds, food concentrates and syrups, pastes and gels.
DOT/UN PACKAGING CERTIFICATION
Meets HM-181 and DOT Title 49 CFR performance oriented packaging standards. Section 178, in accordance with 1H2, packing group II, medium danger materials.

CONSTRUCTION
Certified high molecular weight high density polyethylene used for drum body and lower handling ring. Minimum wall thickness .125”. Post consumer resin (PCR) can also be incorporated in the middle or “core” layer to fortify your image as an environmental steward. All COEXCELL™ drums feature an inert liner wall, with no pigments or UV additives, to assure chemical product purity.
REMOVABLE COVER
Patent designed injection molded ribbed drum cover with permanent urethane gasket provides for rugged use and an excellent seal. Covers are made from high impact purity polyethylene and are equipped with 2” and 3/4” flanges. Specially fitted galvanized steel closing ring with easy-to-use lever lock secures cover to drum body.
LOWER HANDLING RING
Secondary handling ring permanently attached to the base of the drum provides a 360° handhold when drum is handled manually. In addition, the ring improves the stacking performance of the drum and protects the drum bottom from unnecessary abuse. Rings can be color-coded to facilitate product and/or corporate identity.
BARCODE LABELING
Each COEXCELL™ drum has its own unique barcode identification label which provides a multi-functional tracking system for the drum user. The barcode label is fixed to the drum in a recessed pocket and is resistant to chemical attack, scuffing and the elements of mother nature.
DRUM COLOR
Standard colors are black, blue and white. Other colors are available upon request.
DECORATION
High quality customized screen printing service is available. Chemical sales can be enhanced with the decoration of drums using corporate logos and colors.
