ROBERT HUEBNER - PRESIDENT & CHAIRMAN
Mr. Huebner is a co-founder of U.S. COEXCELL, Inc. and has served as President since the organization started in 1993. He has over 25 years experience in the plastic drum industry and has served in a variety of leadership capacities.

His commitment to customer satisfaction is a cornerstone for the company’s success: “Our Company is founded on the principle of meeting the unique packaging challenges in the industries that we serve. Our success is a direct function of our ability to identify niche opportunities, provide solutions and ultimately meet the needs of our customers with superior quality products and unparalleled service”.

His penchant for starting companies from the ground floor and leading them to success makes him a pioneer. Mr. Huebner earned a BA in Accounting from Wittenberg University in Springfield, OH and an MBA from The University of Toledo.

HARLEY CRAMER - VICE-PRESIDENT & GENERAL MANAGER
Mr. Cramer’s career in the plastic drum industry started in 1978. Since that time he has dedicated himself to continuous improvement, innovation and container design. He is a co-founder of the company and is responsible for U.S. COEXCELL’s daily manufacturing operations.

His accomplishments serve as industry benchmarks. With Mr. Cramer’s leadership, U.S. COEXCELL was the first blow molder of plastic drums to introduce the coextrusion or multilayer process to the industry. He also led the industry with the introduction of U.S. COEXCELL’s unique multistage air-filtration system and effectively integrated the system into a proprietary process designed to effectively limit the quantity and size of foreign particles entering the container during the manufacturing process.
In addition, Mr. Cramer holds five U.S. patents pertaining to plastic drum design. His extensive experience and innovative design work is at the foundation of U.S. COEXCELL’s products.
